Melanie is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Health Studies & Gerontology, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Addictions Counselling from McMaster University, and has completed her Master of Counselling Psychology degree at Yorkville University. Melanie has over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with substance misuse, folks that are unhoused, survivors of human trafficking and neurodivergent individuals and their caregivers. She is passionate about supporting individuals navigate trauma, crisis, addiction, grief, anxiety, depression, and women’s health (specifically fertility, loss, pregnancy, birth, and post-partum/parenting stages). Melanie is a proud ally of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. She practices from a non-judgmental, person-centered and trauma-informed space, to support clients through their journey towards overall well-being and healing. Dave is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). His educational background includes a Bachelor of Music from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Jason grew up in Wiarton, Ontario and was a competitive athlete in hockey, baseball and tennis. Jason is a Registered Psychotherapist having completed his Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology degree from Yorkville University. He has over 20 years of experience working with
families, teens and parents. He also has experience working individually with adults and collaboratively with couples. He also has experience working with athletes helping them manage the stress and pressure of their sport and improve their self-confidence to help

He is currently completing training with TheraPsil in psilocybin-assisted psychotherapy and has a growing interest in supporting individuals with their psychedelic journey and integration.

Anya is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. She began her academic journey in Niagara, completing a Bachelor of Arts in Community Health at Brock University, followed by an Ontario Graduate Certificate in Addictions and Mental Health from Humber Polytechnic.
With over six years of experience in helping professions, Anya has worked across secondary and post-secondary settings in student affairs, as well as within community-based non-profit organizations supporting youth and young adults navigating mental health and substance use concerns. Her work is grounded in a deep commitment to accessibility, authenticity, and relational care.

Tsarina is pursuing her Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. She has her bachelors of honours in Sociology with a minor in women and gender studies.
For the past 7 years, Tsarina has been working with those experiencing homelessness in Hamilton, ON. During this time, she became familiar with the large gaps that exist within the system and decided to further her education to further support those in need. This work has created a solid foundation for Tsarina, where she has built skills working with those in crisis, experiencing complex situations as a result of situations outside of one’s control.
Tsarina has experience working with those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, identity concerns, systemic injustices, and criminally involved individuals.
