Lina is a Registered Psychotherapist. Her educational background includes a Bachelor Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Criminology from Brock University. Lina has also completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in Addictions Counselling from Durham College and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Lina has worked with individuals of all ages using a person centered, trauma informed, anti oppressive approach. She has gained experience supporting people experiencing trauma in the form of abuse and domestic violence, employment counselling, disability, and rehabilitation management. She is experienced helping people with significant life changes, stress management, depression, and anxiety. Lina’s uses a collaborative eclectic approach working in partnership with her clients.
