All staff and volunteers must complete comprehensive training before engaging in service delivery.
Training focuses on trauma-informed care, sexual violence awareness, human trafficking, crisis response, confidentiality, and ethical practice. Ongoing learning and skill development are encouraged to ensure high-quality and informed support.
