Elena is a Registered Social Worker who completed her Master of Social Work (MSW) at Wilfrid Laurier University. She also holds a PhD from McMaster University in Sociology , as well as a Master's in Sociology of Education. Elena brings over 15 years of experience in academia to her clinical practice.

Elena is a warm, compassionate, and client-centred therapist. She specializes in supporting individuals navigating work–life balance, family and relationship challenges, trauma, and grief.

Elena takes an integrative approach to therapy and is trained in:
