Kaylie is a Registered Psychotherapist. Kaylie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brock University, as well as a Concurrent Disorders Post-Graduate Certificate from Mohawk College. Kaylie has completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Kaylie has nearly 10 years of experience supporting individuals through complex mental health challenges, addiction, and trauma — including survivors of abuse — providing therapy, crisis intervention, and safety planning. Through her lived experiences, Kaylie fosters a warm and supportive space where clients feel safe and understood in therapy. Kaylie is an ally to 2SLGBTQ+ communities and provides an inclusive, non-judgmental space for all clients. Kaylie utilizes a trauma-informed and attachment-focused lens in her therapeutic approach, tailoring sessions to each client’s unique needs. Kaylie’s primary areas of focus include trauma, domestic violence, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and everyday life stressors.
