Chantelle is a Registered Social Worker with a Bachelor’s degree from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Master’s degree from the University of Toronto. With over eight years of experience in clinical and community-based settings, she is dedicated to providing compassionate and collaborative care. Chantelle creates a safe, inclusive, and supportive virtual therapy space as well as in person therapy sessions at our Welland, St. Catharines and Niagara falls. She prioritizes that you feel heard, valued and advocated for. Her therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and anti-oppressive, drawing from strength-based, solution-focused, and harm reduction frameworks. Using an eclectic style, she incorporates modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Chantelle is passionate about providing therapy in Niagara to adults, youth, and children who are experiencing anxiety, depression, substance misuse grief and loss, as well as trauma. She believes in a holistic approach to wellness that emphasizes resilience, empowerment, and meaningful change.
