Chloe is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University, practicing under the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She began her career as a Registered Nurse, where she has had the opportunity to support individuals through complex physical health challenges which intersected with their mental health. This experience solidified her passion for caring for others throughout the difficult, uncertain and vulnerable stages of life.

Chloe provides youth therapy for children 12 and older in Niagara Falls and St. Catharines. She also supports adults struggling with depression, anxiety, emotional regulation, relationships, communication, conflict, self-esteem, and body-image concerns.

She takes a client-centered and collaborative approach and strives to provide a space that is warm, non-judgmental, and compassionate. She typically draws from therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She also incorporates emotional regulation and mindfulness strategies to help individuals navigate difficult thoughts and emotions.
