Harry is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Music degree in Jazz Drum Set from the University of Toronto.
Harry works with adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, shame, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, identity concerns, and relationship difficulties. He has a special interest in psychedelic integration. He is also deeply interested in the ways healing can emerge through a deeper connection to creativity, spirituality, and our inner healing capabilities.
Harry integrates EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS-informed), Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and creative arts approaches. He has completed EMDR basic training and continues training in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy.
Years of experience as a jazz musician have shaped Harry’s ability to stay present, listen deeply, and adapt in the moment, qualities he carries into each therapy session. His goal is to support clients in reconnecting with themselves, processing difficult experiences, and creating meaningful change in their lives. Harry welcomes individuals from all backgrounds, identities, and life experiences.
