Nirja (she/her) is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology (awaiting degree to be conferred) from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. Xavier’s College (India). Nirja, is passionate about destigmatizing mental health and normalizing seeking support for day to day conflicts, even when you may not be in crisis. Ruth is a Registered Social Worker who completed her Master of Social Work degree from The University of Toronto. Ruth brings over 35 years of experience to her clinical practice.

Mackenzie is a Registered Social Worker who obtained her Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Victoria. Prior to this, she completed a Social Service Worker diploma at Georgian College.
Mackenzie has clinical experience within the healthcare system, with a primary focus on providing psychosocial assessments, intervention, and support to individuals and families impacted by cancer and other serious illnesses. Her work has included crisis intervention, adjustment and grief counselling, advocacy, and facilitating connections to community and healthcare resources.

Sonya Blake is a Registered Social Worker and Master of Social Work (Candidate) with over ten years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across a range of counselling and therapeutic settings. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Bachelor of Social Work from McMaster University.
Sonya works with children who have trauma histories, supporting emotional regulation, attachment, and healing through a trauma-informed and developmentally attuned approach. She also works with families facing relational challenges, conflict, or periods of transition, and provides family therapy to help strengthen communication, understanding, and connection within the family system.
In addition, Sonya has extensive experience working with adolescents who may be reluctant to engage in therapy or who present as guarded or unsure about the therapeutic process. Maria Ostapenko is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
