She utilizes her education from her Honours Bachelor of Social Work, Bachelor of Sociology, and her diploma in Social Service Work along with her professional experience working with individuals, families, seniors, children, and youth. She specializes in mental health (including anxiety, depression, attention deficit disorders and mood disorders), substance use and addictions, gambling, grief and loss, life transitions (such as perimenopause and menopause), conflict, communication and emotional regulation from a holistic, strengths based, client centered, anti-oppressive approach.
