Krystin is a Registered Social Worker who completed her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Manitoba University. Prior to this she completed her Social Service Worker and General Arts and Sciences diploma's from Niagara College. Krystin has spent the last eight years in counselling and community mental health. She has extensive experience supporting individuals with concurrent disorders, borderline personality disorder, trauma, self harm, depression, and anxiety. Krystin offers a calm, safe, and down to earth space for you to feel seen and supported. She has sound knowledge of community resources and referrals as well as in navigating mental health systems to support you on an individual and systemic level. Krystin has training and experience using the following modalities in her practice:
