Sarah is a Registered Social Worker who completed her Bachelor and Masters of Social Work degrees from Ryerson University. Her approach to therapy is founded in anti-oppression, trust, and helping clients to find their inner strengths and renewed happiness. Sarah has spent the past four years working with youth, young adults and families in diverse social work settings. She is skilled in supporting families struggling with conflict as well as families supporting a loved one with exceptionalities including ASD and developmental disabilities. Sarah is happy to support youth and adults looking for support with anxiety, depression, suicide/self harm, family conflict, and other day to day barriers you may be struggling with. Sarah has training and experience including the following modalities in her therapeutic approach:
