Samantha Allcock is a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Brock University. She is passionate about helping clients navigate life's challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. Samantha works with individuals experiencing anxiety, neurodivergence, trauma, burnout, relationship concerns, parenting challenges, and life transitions. She strives to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring both their struggles and strengths. Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed practices, Samantha helps clients deepen their understanding of themselves, develop practical coping strategies, and build lasting change. Her approach is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on helping clients move toward a life that feels more aligned with their values and goals. Samantha believes that meaningful growth begins with understanding ourselves more fully. Whether clients are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply looking for support through a difficult season, she works alongside them to foster insight, resilience, and a greater sense of well-being.
