Michelle is a Registered Social Worker who completed her Master of Social Work degree from Toronto Metropolitan University. Prior to this she completed her Bachelor of Social Work degree at McMaster University and her Bachelor Honours degree in Sociology and Italian Studies from Brock University. Michelle provides feminist, anti-oppressive, trauma informed therapy. She is experienced in supporting survivors of abuse, human trafficking, and trauma. She supports youth and adults to navigate anxiety, depression, self esteem, relationships, and trauma. Michelle also specializes in helping families strengthen their parenting, reducing conflict and fostering healthy communication. She’ll encourage you in your journey to healing with a client-centered, strengths based approach that is warm, non-judgemental, and collaborative.
