Lindsay is a Registered Social Worker. Her educational background includes a Bachelor Honours Degree in Psychology from Brock University with first class standing. Lindsay focused on additional coursework in neuroscience during her time at Brock. Lindsay then went on to achieve her Master of Social Work degree from The University of Toronto. Lindsay has nearly twenty years of experience supporting individuals struggling with mental health and addictions. Lindsay is highly skilled in de-escalating individuals in crisis and in suicide intervention. Lindsay prides herself on her use of a client-centered, anti-oppressive, ethics focused social work practice. Lindsay takes an eclectic approach to therapy that includes the following approaches:
