Lindsay is a Registered Social Worker with a Bachelor of Indigenous Social Work from Laurentian University and is currently completing her Master of Social Work at the University of Waterloo. She has also previously completed her Social Service Worker diploma with Georgian College. Lindsay offers a relational approach to helping others and has walked the path of her own therapy healing journey over the last 17 years. She has a special interest in working with teens, older adults, LGBTQ2S+ and neurodivergent individuals. Lindsay is informed by a wholistic sense of wellness that includes physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. She draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Narrative and Storytelling approaches.
