Kayla is a Registered Social Worker having completed her Master of Social Work degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. She has specialized training in family mediation and 8 years of experience supporting families in crisis. Kayla is friendly, approachable, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Kayla works well supporting families, youth, and individuals struggling with anxiety and depression. Kayla also has experience working with students as well as individuals struggling with psychosis. She is a strong advocate who prides herself on an anti-oppressive approach in her practice. Kayla is a proud 2SLGBTQ+ ally. Kayla takes an eclectic approach to therapy that includes the following modalities:
