Jillian is a Registered Social Worker and completed her Master of Social Work at Western University. Jillian also has a Bachelor of Social Work and Bachelor of Environment Studies from the University of Waterloo. Jillian has worked with individuals of all ages using client-centered and trauma informed approaches. She is experienced in helping people struggling with anxiety, depression, stress management, suicidal ideation, self harm, and trauma. Jillian has supported children, youth and adults improve communication skills, strengthen relationships and boost self-esteem. Jillian is a strong believer in working collaboratively with her clients to create an environment that feels safe and supportive. She also strives to help her clients process trauma so they feel better prepared to move forward throughout their healing journey. Jillian has training and experience using the following modalities:
