Eden holds a Bachelor of Psychology degree with a focus in Neurobiology from Brock University and her Masters of Counselling Psychology through Yorkville University. Eden's clinical practice focuses on providing comprehensive care tailored to your unique needs and goals. With a compassionate, non-judgmental, and empathetic approach, she is dedicated to helping you manage stress and anxiety, foster self-empowerment, and improve your mental and physical well-being. She empathizes that beginning therapy can be an intimidating experience and will work at your pace through a client-centered approach to build self confidence. Eden is accepting clients 16+ seeking support with stress management, anxiety, depression, trauma, disordered eating, chronic health concerns, and self-esteem. Her empathetic and compassionate approach is bolstered by her lived experience with mental health and trauma. Eden is an integrative trauma therapist trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), DBT, Eye Movement-Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution focused therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
