Amanda is a Registered Psychotherapist who completed her Bachelors of Arts Degree in Psychology and Business from Guelph University. Amanda then went on to complete her Masters in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Her approach to therapy is built on trust, creativity, safety, authenticity, and healing. Amanda has a passion for working with children and youth of all ages. She excels in supporting children and families with self esteem, parenting, trauma, anxiety, low mood, self harm/suicide, and relationship struggles. Amanda also works with individuals seeking support with grief, loss, and trauma. Amanda's warm, compassionate, and client-centered approach fosters a safe therapeutic environment for you to be vulnerable and explore the underlying wounds of trauma.
