Many of our emotional struggles are connected to past experiences that were difficult, painful, or overwhelming and were never processed or healed. Trauma can shape how we see ourselves, relate to others, and navigate daily life, often showing up as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or ongoing stress. If you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained, you are not alone. These experiences are deeply human, and healing is possible with genuine care. Beginning therapy can feel intimidating, but reaching out is also an act of courage and self-care. Congratulations on taking this important step. As a Registered Psychotherapist, I support individuals and couples who are working through the impact of trauma and past experiences on their daily live. I also work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief and loss, breakups, divorce, and work–life balance stress. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative. As an immigrant who speaks both English and Farsi, I also understand the complexities of navigating different cultures, identities, and expectations. I aim to create a safe and culturally sensitive space where clients can feel understood and supported as they work toward meaningful changes and a stronger sense of self.
