Abrahim is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, along with a diploma in Child and Youth Care and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.

He works with individuals (16+), couples and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, identity concerns, and life transitions. His approach is grounded in humanistic and existential therapy, with a focus on purpose as a central force in meaningful and lasting change. He believes that when individuals reconnect with their values and direction, they are better able to move through difficulty with clarity and intention.

Abrahim’s work is rooted in compassion, depth, and understanding. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, he helps clients explore the underlying patterns, emotional experiences, and internal dynamics shaping how they feel and behave. His approach emphasizes moving away from external validation and toward developing a more grounded and resilient sense of self.

Abrahim integrates elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma-informed care, and value-based approaches to support both insight and meaningful change, while incorporating practical strategies where helpful.
