Jason is a Registered Psychotherapist. Jason has worked for over 15 years with individuals navigating the criminal justice system as well as peace bond/probation conditions through the the Partner Assault Response (PAR) Program. Jason specializes in working with men on probation, as well as individuals struggling with addictions, anger and family violence. Jason also supports individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, a history of trauma, and ADHD. Additionally, Jason supports couples looking to improve their relationship and communication. Jason's experience supporting individuals and couples comes from a non-judgmental, supportive and down-to earth approach. Jason also empathizes with the challenges men face when seeking mental health support given societal barriers and expectations. Jason has training and experience using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), The Gottman Method, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, suicide and violence de-escalation, and trauma informed care in his clinical work.
