Ashley is a Registered Psychotherapist. Her educational background includes a Bachelor Honours Degree in Psychology, Neuroscience and Behaviour as well as an Addiction Post-Graduate Diploma from McMaster University. Ashley has also completed an Addiction Medicine Diploma from the British Columbia Centre on Substance Use. Ashley has worked with youth, adults and families for the past 15 years. Ashley's experience working with diverse mental health issues and substance misuse includes working with high risk symptoms and crisis management. Ashley proudly incorporates a harm reduction and trauma informed approach into her therapy sessions. She is also an ally of 2SLGBTQ+ clients and has completed a positive space holder certificate to effectively support the diverse challenges faced by this community.
