
Harry is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) completing his Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. He also holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Jazz Drum set from the University of Toronto.
Harry works with adults experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship concerns. He has a special interest in supporting men’s well-being, identity and sexuality (LGBTQ2S+ ally) and intimacy and connection. His approach is collaborative, client-centred, and experiential, creating a safe space for clients to explore at their own pace.
Harry integrates Person-Centred Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Gestalt. He is currently completing training with TheraPsil in psilocybin-assisted psychotherapy and has a growing interest in supporting individuals with their psychedelic journey and integration.
Years of experience as a jazz musician have shaped Harry’s ability to stay present, listen deeply, and adapt in the moment, skills he carries into each therapy session. His goal is to support clients in reconnecting with themselves, creating meaningful change in their lives.

Joanne Towers is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) currently completing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. With over 25 years of experience in developmental services and mental health, Joanne brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her practice. Throughout her career, Joanne supported youth and adults with developmental disabilities, neurodivergence, and mental health, as well as, parents and caregivers. Joanne is most passionate about advocating for individuals from marginalized communities.
In her clinical practice, Joanne works with persons experiencing challenges related to anxiety, depression, communication skills, self-esteem, healthy relationships, and self-regulation. Lindsay is a Registered Social Worker with a Bachelor of Indigenous Social Work from Laurentian University and is currently completing her Master of Social Work at the University of Waterloo. She has also previously completed her Social Service Worker diploma with Georgian College.
Lindsay offers a relational approach to helping others and has walked the path of her own therapy healing journey over the last 17 years. She has a special interest in working with teens, older adults, LGBTQ2S+ and neurodivergent individuals.
Lindsay is informed by a wholistic sense of wellness that includes physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. She draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Narrative and Storytelling approaches.

Tsarina is pursuing her Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. She has her bachelors of honours in Sociology with a minor in women and gender studies.
For the past 7 years, Tsarina has been working with those experiencing homelessness in Hamilton, ON. During this time, she became familiar with the large gaps that exist within the system and decided to further her education to further support those in need. This work has created a solid foundation for Tsarina, where she has built skills working with those in crisis, experiencing complex situations as a result of situations outside of one’s control.
Tsarina has experience working with those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, identity concerns, systemic injustices, and criminally involved individuals.
Tsarina strives to practice from anti-oppressive, non-judgemental, compassionate, and trauma-informed framework. Her hope is to continue to provide safe spaces in which people are able to feel empowered to improve themselves and the world around them.
Tsarina has begun some training in CBT and DBT. She has an eclectic approach including aspects of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Person-centered Therapy.

Chudine is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who is currently completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Brock University. Her professional background includes supporting adults with developmental, behavioural, and emotional needs in community mental health settings, which has strengthened her skills in emotional support, communication, and behaviour-informed care.
Chudine works with adults 18+ experiencing anxiety, depression, stress/burnout, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, life transitions, boundary concerns, and difficulties with emotional regulation. Her work emphasizes emotional awareness, coping skills, and meaningful personal goal-setting. She strives to provide a supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, strengthen their sense of self, and work toward personal well-being.
